    CHECK-IN: Upon arrival exhibitors MUST check in at Booth Registration and MUST be escorted to the correct booth location. Do not set up before checking in. Check in dates and times are:

    Sept. 3rd (Thursday) 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If additional time is needed notify vendor organizers.

    Sept. 4th (Friday) 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. All vehicles MUST be out of the venue area by 11:00 a.m.

    SET-UP: Can be done during the hours mentioned above. Exhibitors may open Friday at 1:00 if they choose. Exhibitors MUST be open during the following hours. All unloading must be done and vehicles out of the event area by 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 29th.

    OPEN:
    Sept 4th (Friday) 3:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. (later hours at vendor discretion) EARLY OPEN IS 1:00 p.m.
    Sept 5th (Saturday) 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. (later hours at vendor discretion)
    Sept. 6th(Sunday) 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. (later hours at vendor discretion)
    Sept. 7th (Monday) 12:00 noon checkout (must be out of the venue).

    TAKE DOWN & CLEAN UP: All exhibitors must have their booths taken down and their area cleaned up no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, September 7.

    PHOTOS: One booth photo and 2 product photos must be attached to the application form on this page. Photos are not necessary for returning vendors. Photos must represent the type of items to be in your booth.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION & RULES FOR POTENTIAL VENDORS:

    • All craft / non-food vendors receive 2 festival passes. Contact Dort Pritchett to purchase additional passes.
    • No pets allowed on the premises, this includes the campground and vending area.
    • Yes, vendors are allowed to take food and non-alcoholic drinks into the venue for consumption at their booths.

    COMPLETE THE APPLICATION  FORM ON THIS PAGE, UPLOAD PHOTOS USING THE SPACE PROVIDED IN THE FORM, SIGN THE FORM USING THE SIGNATURE FIELD AND SUBMIT.


    Vendor booth fee made payable to FARMJAM (fee will be returned if not selected for this event).

    CAMPING: On-site camping is available to all event attendees, including vendors. No camping is permitted at the vendor booth.

    BOOTH ASSIGNMENT: Accepted vendors will be assigned a booth depending on type of item and requested booth size.

    UNAPPROVED PRODUCT CHANGES: Any vendor who arrives onsite with a different product than what they showed on the application will be asked to leave and their application fee will be forfeited.
